Please be mindful that this is a condominium complex with full-time residents. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

• 24-Hour Community Shared Gym • Community Shared Heated Pool Hours: 7AM - 10PM

• Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 10:00 AM • Self check-in with keypad, the code will be provided to you prior to Check-in

• Six (6) guests maximum • No pets • No smoking • No parties or events

• Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. • No pets allowed per the H.O.A.

There will be an included cleaning fee of $150 per booking.

Full Refund Get back 100% of what you paid if cancellation is made five (5) days prior to check-in date. Partial Refund Get back 50% of every night but the first one if cancellation is made the day of check-in. Cleaning Fee Cleaning fee is refunded if you cancel before check-in.

Guests will be responsible for any damages they cause while occupying the rental property.
